Amorette’s Patisserie at Disney Springs is celebrating June 26, a.k.a. Stitch Day (in honor of his 626 experiment number) with a limited-time Stitch petit cake.
Amorette’s Patisserie is located right next to World of Disney in the Town Center area of Disney Springs.
Stitch Petit Cake – $22
Layers of pineapple mousse, orange chiffon, and guava jam
This is one of, if not the best, Amorette’s Patisserie cakes ever.
The pineapple and guava go well together. The cake isn’t too sweet and there’s a touch of sourness from the guava which is perfect.
It feels like eating POG juice from ‘Ohana. If you like that iconic drink, this is the cake for you!
Like with other Amorette’s petit cakes, the fondant is very sugary, but it doesn’t ruin the excellent cake.
The cake pairs well with coffee, too.
There are edible flowers and sugar decorations.
The Stitch petit cake is only available through June 29, so get it while you can!
