A (possibly drunk) guest recently jumped off Gran Fiesta Tour in EPCOT, then reportedly got violent with Cast Members and was banned from Walt Disney World.

The incident was shared on TikTok in two parts by user @Shianne_1995. It appears that a few boats had come to a stop in a row just before the exit of Gran Fiesta Tour, and the guest became impatient to leave. At the start of the video, she has exited her boat and is stumbling along the emergency exit platform at the edge of the water as Cast Members tell her to return to her seat. One guest from her boat can be seen waving for Cast Members. Another is on the phone.

Someone off-screen yells, “Call security now!” Other guests beg to be left off the boat, but the Cast Members cannot safely move the boats forward while a guest is standing. The drunk guest argues with other guests.

Apparently, the same person who mentioned security (likely a Cast Member) then yells, “Ma’am, you have thirty seconds, or I’m coming back there, and I’m taking you down!” The guest then takes the hand of someone in the boat and appears to start getting back in.

Part two. She screamed. Tried to fight with the people in the boat behind her. Swung on two young workers. Scared kids and pissed everyone off. Then ran and had to be taken out by security #disney #epcot #fyp

In the second video, the guest is still standing. She declares, “I’m getting off!” and unhooks a rope clipped to stanchions that lead to the unloading area. As she continues through the roped-off area, a Cast Member tells her she cannot leave. The guest then climbs over the ropes around a podium and disappears from view, although the Cast Member tells her she will not be leaving the building.

The caption reads, “She screamed. Tried to fight with the people in the boat behind her. Swung on two young workers. Scared kids and pissed everyone off. Then ran and had to be taken out by security.” Reports indicate she was banned.

Guest Incidents at Disney Parks

More and more guest incidents have been shared online in the past few years. The apparent increase in rule-breaking even led to Walt Disney World Resort and Disneyland Resort adding “courtesy” sections to their websites. The Walt Disney World message reads:

Be the magic you want to see in the world. You must always remember to treat others with respect, kindness and compassion. Those who can’t live up to this simple wish may be asked to leave Walt Disney World Resort.

Recent EPCOT incidents include a guest climbing into a planter with the Miss Piggy and Kermit topiaries, a guest sharing a photo flashing her breasts in the park, a fight during the nighttime spectacular Harmonious, and guests lounging in a France Pavilion fountain.

At Disneyland Resort, a prohibited drone flew over Frontierland, a guest jumped onto a Lunar New Year cavalcade float, and another guest brought a sparkling firework into Disneyland for photos.

Even Tokyo Disneyland saw a guest removed after they laid down in the parade route.
