Disney is seeking character performers for the upcoming Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade in New York City. The casting call on the Disney Auditions website is for Disney Cruise Line, implying this may be for a return of the Disney Wish-inspired float.

The casting call is seeking performers for the following characters:

• Spider-Man (5’7” – 5’9”; slender build) – As appears in Marvel’s cinematic universe.
• Black Panther (5’11” – 6’1”; slender build) – As appears in Marvel’s cinematic universe.
• Mirabel (5’2” – 5’5”) – As appears in the animated film Disney’s “Encanto.”
• Princess Tiana (5’5” – 5’8”; slender build) – As appears in the animated film Disney “The Princess and the Frog.”
• Prince Naveen (5’10” – 6’2”; medium build) – As appears in the animated film Disney “The Princess and the Frog.”
• Moana (5’3” – 5’5”; slender build) – As appears in the animated film Disney “Moana.”
• Jasmine (5’3” – 5’7”; slender build) – As appears in the animated film Disney’s “Aladdin.”
• Aladdin (5’10” – 6’0”; slender to medium build) – As appears in the animated film Disney’s “Aladdin.”
• Rapunzel (5’4” – 5’7”; slender build) – As appears in the animated film Disney “Tangled.”

Disney Signature Experiences is casting Character Look-a-Likes for Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade 2023. Be a part of this historical holiday event, taking place in New York City. Performers must be available November 17^th to November 23^th, 2023.  

Rehearsal and Event Dates:

Rehearsal will be scheduled between November 17^th and 20^th, 2023.

Event will take place November 23, 2023. 

Seeking the following roles:

Face role look-alike roles needed. 

Roles include:

Instructions and Requirements:

This is a 2 step Process. Candidates must have a Disney Auditions Profile and select available audition appointment time to be considered.

STEP 1 – CREATE/UPDATE PROFILE

Please click the MY PROFILE button at the top of this page to create or update your profile. Make sure your profile includes an up to date resume, eye color, accurate height and 3 current photos of you (not headshots). 

• Straight on shot, looking directly into the camera, from the chest up, with a natural smile showing teeth. Hair pulled away from your face.

 HELPFUL TIPS:

• Wear simple clean makeup. A fresh, natural look is best.
• For full body photo, please wear form-fitting attire

STEP 2 – SELECT AN AUDITION APPOINTMENT TIME

• Please only select one appointment time slot.
• Audition appointments are first come first serve, once there are no available times, all audition appointments have been filled. 

Work Requirements:

• Must be willing to comply with all Disney grooming guidelines and employment standards.
• All performers must be at least 18 years of age. 
• Must Reside in the New York Tri-State area.
• Performers must be available November 17 to 23, 2023.
• We strongly encourage performers from all cultural backgrounds to attend.
