Four new Global Marketplaces will soon join the feast at the ongoing 2023 EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival. Disney Parks Blog posted the menus of the four new locations earlier this week, also confirming the previously announced opening date of September 22 for all but one of the booths. All four booths are located near the front of the World Showcase neighborhood of the park.
New Global Marketplaces Added to 2023 EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival
All four of the booths —Wine & Wedge, Char & Chop, Bubbles & Brine, and Swirled Showcase — are new for this year and are inspired by the Disney100 celebration. According to the Disney Parks Blog, Wine & Wedge, Char & Chop, and Bubbles & Brine will remain open through December 30. An operating window for Swirled Showcase was not provided, and it’s possible it will remain open year-round (likely with updates to the menu for each festival).
Wine & Wedge
Wine & Wedge is located near Disney Traders in Showcase Plaza. The official Walt Disney World website describes this booth as a “fromagerie” in which guests can “indulge in different cheeses and cheesy dishes artistically paired with wonderful wines.”
Its menu consists of cheese-centric dishes of various culinary styles. Three of the dishes are part of Emile’s Fromage Montage, an interactive experience in which guests purchase select cheese-based dishes from several festival booths and, in exchange, receive a stamp in their Festival Passport. Once a guest accumulates five stamps, they receive a prize — a strawberry cheesecake soft serve in a souvenir cup. You can read our review of the treat here.

Char & Chop
Char & Chop is located just a short distance away from Wine & Wedge. Its menu, though consisting primarily of hearty meat-based dishes, does include an IMPOSSIBLE offering.
Char & Chop is designed to emulate a “butcher shop,” according to the official Walt Disney World website, and that influence appears on its menu. All three of its food offerings contain meat or a meat substitute (the grilled spicy sausage dish contains an IMPOSSIBLE plant-based sausage).
Several different alcoholic beverages are offered, ranging from a smooth pilsner to a heavy porter, all the way to a cocktail. The full Char & Chop menu includes:

Bubbles & Brine
Bubbles & Brine is located between the Canada Pavilion and Port of Entry. It’s a seafood-based booth, with each of its dishes starring crustaceans as their centerpieces.
The booth also offers a number of different spirits imported from France.

Swirled Showcase
Swirled Showcase is located near Bubbles & Brine and occupies the space of the former Traveler’s Café Starbucks location. A menu was not posted near the booth, and its opening date remains unconfirmed; in the aforementioned Disney Parks Blog post, Swirled Showcase was listed as “Coming soon” as opposed to “Available September 22.”
Though a physical menu was not seen near the booth, the location’s menu has been revealed. It includes:

- Mickey-shaped Liquid Nitro Cake
- Soft-serve in a Waffle Cone
- Vanilla
- Apple-Cinnamon
- Salted Caramel
- Cream Soda Float with vanilla soft-serve
- Fanta Grape Float with vanilla soft-serve

- Cinnamon Apple Cider (Non-alcoholic)
- 3 Daughters Toasted Coconut Porter

- Berry Fizz Fragolino Red Sparkling Wine Float with vanilla soft-serve
The 2023 EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival runs through November 18.
