Exterior branding and signage have been installed at eet by Maneet Chauhan, a new restaurant opening soon in the Marketplace section of Disney Springs at Walt Disney World Resort. The dining location is expected to open before the end of the year, though an official opening date has not been set.

The new “modern, fun, Indian-inspired” restaurant is located in the same larger building as Disney’s Days of Christmas shop, not too far from Earl of Sandwich or Goofy’s Candy Co. The recently revealed exterior branding sticks to the eatery’s previously unveiled yellow, green, and red color scheme.

The restaurant’s logo sits atop its marquee. The green icon features a yellow elephant wearing an orange helmet. The animal is holding a white spoon in their tusk as they appear above the restaurant’s name, stylized as “eet by Maneet Chauhan.” “Modern Indian” is arched over the first “e” in “eet.”

A set of lights that will draw attention to the signage at night is arched over the logo.

Circular illustrations of Chauhan appear on the lined red marquee façade. The marquee itself has remained structurally unchanged as the restaurant has transformed from Wolfgang Puck Express into eet by Maneet Chauhan, but it has been repainted; a red-and-black colorway replaces its previous green and purple scheme.

Chauhan, who owns the new enterprise alongside her husband Vivek Deora, is an Indian American chef who has appeared on several Food Network programs, including “Chopped,” “Iron Chef America,” and “Worst Cooks in America.” She won the network’s “Tournament of Champions” competition in 2021.

A framed note from Chauhan and her team has been hung on a brick pillar near the restaurant’s entrance.

The note details the importance of food and eating as a unifier before inviting guests to try some of the cuisine she and her team have to offer.

The eatery’s menu hangs from another pillar. The full menu was released in late October, with its official Instagram account sharing a first look at several dishes in November.

eet by Maneet Chauhan was announced as a new Disney Springs dining offering this past July, with its location being revealed via the interactive map on the Disney Springs website in October. Though an official opening date has not been disclosed, it was said that the eatery will open “later this year” upon initial announcement.

eet by Maneet Chauhan is not the only restaurant that will soon open at Disney Springs. Walls around the under-construction Summer House on the Lake were recently taken down, indicating that the new eatery located in the West Side section of the retail and entertainment area will soon commence operations. An official opening date has not been confirmed.
