The popular Merry Menagerie puppet experience has returned to Discovery Island at Disney’s Animal Kingdom for the winter and with it comes new merchandise. The new ornaments, magnet, and apparel items can be found at Island Mercantile, usually on outdoor merchandise displays near where the puppets roam.
Merry Menagerie Snowflake Ornament – $19.99
This flat ornament features a white and blue snowflake made up of animal imagery with the Disney’s Animal Kingdom wordmark in the center.
Tree of Life Ornament – $19.99
The second ornament features the Tree of Life in gray, with some of the white and blue animals of the Merry Menagerie around it.
The Disney’s Animal Kingdom wordmark is on the bottom. Both ornaments come on a white ribbon.
Tree of Life Magnet – $14.99
The die-cut magnet features the same Tree of Life design against a light gray background.
Pullover Hoodie – $54.99
This sweatshirt is bright blue with the snowflake design on the chest.
The Disney’s Animal Kingdom wordmark is below the snowflake instead of in its center.
The pullover has a pocket and drawstring hood.
T-Shirt – $34.99
The T-shirt is light gray with the Tree of Life design on the chest.

Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party began on November 9 and runs through December 22. During the after-hours party, guests can enjoy Minnie’s Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks, Mickey’s Most Merriest Celebration, Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmastime Parade, character meet and greets, and holiday attraction overlays. There are also complimentary treats, special menu items, and exclusive merchandise.
The new “Frozen Holiday Surprise” Cinderella Castle show is performed at Magic Kingdom once during regular park hours and once during Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party.
Disney Jollywood Nights is a new separately ticketed, adults-centric party at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. It takes place on select nights from November 11 through December 20.
Entertainment includes the variety show “Disney Holidays in Hollywood,” “What’s This? Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas Sing-Along,” and the “Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM!” nighttime spectacular. Character meet and greets include Mickey & Friends in new outfits and retro characters like Max in his Powerline garb, Chip ‘n’ Dale as the Rescue Rangers, Phineas and Ferb, and Edna Mode.

The EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays will be from November 24 to December 30, 2023. This all-day festival will feature Holiday Kitchens, Storytellers, the Candlelight Processional, and more.
