The merchandise kiosks on the bridge leading from World Celebration to World Showcase in EPCOT have reopened after being closed for almost four years. In March 2020, Walt Disney World Resort closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. When the parks reopened in July of that year, there were various health and safety restrictions, and some shops remained closed. Even as restrictions were lifted, however, these kiosks were never reopened, removed, or turned into something else. In May of this year, we noticed they were being refurbished. Still, the kiosks remained closed until now.
EPCOT Merchandise Kiosks
The kiosks are across from each other at the start of the bridge and are technically part of World Celebration. They are on either side of the planter holding the Disney100 medallion and platinum Mickey statue.
The kiosk on the right — which is next to the refurbished Disney Vacation Club kiosk — is selling Christmas merchandise, including bubble wands, plush, holiday ears, and the Holiday Homestead collection.
Holiday paneling is on the back wall of the kiosk, above shelves of merchandise.
Some of the merchandise displays have light blue accents — the main color of World Celebration.
The other merchandise kiosk is selling Southern-style non-Disney home goods.
