Grand Opening Date Announced For eet by Maneet Chauhan at Disney Springs

Disney Springs has announced an official opening date for eet by Maneet Chauhan, a new “modern, fun, Indian-inspired” restaurant that was first announced in July of 2023. The dining location will open its doors to guests on December 4, 2023.

Disney Springs shared the opening date in a post on its official Instagram account on December 2. The announcement was accompanied by a video showcasing the facade and interior of the restaurant. Chauhan also appears in the clip, showing off a few of the venue’s dishes.

The Disney Springs account wrote the following in the caption:

eet by Maneet [Chauhan]  is sizzling with excitement as we countdown just two days until our grand opening on December 4th! Find us at @disneysprings and dive into a world where vibrant hues, warm naan, and a burst of colorful vibrance await your taste buds.

The new enterprise is owned by Chauhan and her husband Vivek Deora. Chauhan is an Indian American chef who has appeared on several Food Network programs, including “Chopped,” “Iron Chef America,” and “Worst Cooks in America.” She won the network’s “Tournament of Champions” competition in 2021.

eet by Maneet Chauhan takes over the space formerly occupied by Wolfgang Puck Express, which closed permanently in late 2020. It’s located in the same larger building as Disney’s Days of Christmas shop, not too far from Earl of Sandwich or Goofy’s Candy Co.

The restaurant’s full menu was released in late October, with eet’s official Instagram account sharing a first look at several dishes in November. The venue’s marquee signage and exterior branding were installed last month, and a ribbon-cutting ceremony took place on December 1.
