Basin at Disney Springs has temporarily moved from near World of Disney to next to The Art of Disney in the Marketplace area.
Temporary Basin Location
Guests trying to visit the store next to World of Disney will find it closed. There are no construction walls and all the Basin signage and windows remain up. An employee has been stationed there to help guests find the temporary store.
Maps and signs on the doors point guests to a temporary location next to Disney Springs. The signs read, “Something new is bubbling up at Basin.”
Basin sells bath products including soap, shampoo and conditioner bars, bath bombs, body scrubs, and shower bombs.
Guests who come looking for Basin may receive a coupon valid only on the current date for free interlocking bath bombs if they spend a certain amount of money and 10 percent off of everything. You can take this over to the temporary location next to The Art of Disney.
Basin has taken over the former Disney’s Wonderful World of Memories shop. The store used to offer various Disney merchandise items, including ear hats, as well as embroidery services.
A sign for Basin is outside the main entrance so guests know what’s inside. The sign above the door still says “Disney’s Wonderful World of Memories.”
Inside, Basin has completely taken over. Products line the built-in shelves on the walls. There are tubs of bath bombs and shower bombs on the floor. Guests can make their own candles at a station near the back wall.
Basin currently has special Valentine’s Day products. They also offer Disney-themed luxury bath items.
Basin also has a location in Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. It’s currently closed, suggesting both Basin stores are being similarly overhauled.
