Per an announcement on Universal Orlando’s official X account (formerly Twitter), Volcano Bay will be closed on Sunday, January 7. Check out the original post:

Guests are encouraged to call 407-817-8317 for park updates or stay tuned to Universal Orlando’s social media channels.

At the time of press, Sunday in Orlando is expected to be mainly cloudy, with a high near 65 degrees Fahrenheit and a low of 50 degrees that evening, per Weather.com. Winds are expected to be moving northwest at 10 to 15 miles per hour.

The water park was most recently closed on Thursday, January 4, due to cold weather in Central Florida. It was also closed from December 2731, due to similar weather conditions.

Stay tuned for further updates about water park operations.
