The next design in the year-long Disney Eats Collection has been revealed.

Disney Eats Ice Cream Collection

The new collection, which will drop on May 21 at 8 a.m. PST, is called the Ice Cream Collection. The design is centered around Mickey’s Premium Ice Cream Sandwich, with a mint chocolate chip spin.

The Spirit Jersey in the line is mint green with the park logo made up of ice cream sandwich letters and a massive mint chocolate chip Mickey’s Premium Ice Cream Sandwich on the back. The ear headband comprises two ice cream sandwich ears, with one ear sporting a bite.

The May Ice Cream Collection is the fifth design, following January’s general Disney Eats Collection, February’s Pizza Collection, March’s Macaron Collection, and April’s Lollipop Collection. You can view small teasers of the full lineup through the end of 2024 on the Disney Store website.

Treats still to be featured are donuts, shaved ice, pineapple swirl, caramel apples, churros, gingerbread, and s’mores.
