New merchandise for the upcoming DreamWorks Land, “Jurassic Park,” and Minions has arrived at Universal Orlando Resort.
This summer merchandise is in the same building as the UNI VRS and Hello Kitty stores in Universal Studios Florida.
DreamWorks Land Merchandise
DreamWorks Cup Holder Bag – $16
This cup holder bag is light blue. The faces of Shrek, Po from “Kung Fu Panda,” and Poppy from “Trolls” are in two rows, each face repeating once. They make different expressions like grinning and winking.
The strap is patterned with the characters making more facial expressions.
“Shrek,” “Kung Fu Panda,” and “Trolls” will be the main DreamWorks properties featured in DreamWorks Land.
DreamWorks Youth T-Shirt – $23
Shrek, Po, and Poppy’s faces are again featured on the chest of this light blue tee. It reads “Cooler than you” in blue and green lettering.
DreamWorks Adult T-Shirt – $27
This tee is black with Shrek, Po, and Poppy’s faces in one row down the front.
“Cooler than you” is on the back.
DreamWorks Stainless Steel Water Bottle – $25
This silver bottle is patterned all over with the characters’ faces. Instead of being in full color, the faces are outlined in one color — green for Shrek, blue for Po, and pink for Poppy.
DreamWorks Cooling Towel – $22
The cooling towel comes in a plastic tube. It’s light blue and features Poppy, Shrek, and Po in a row on one side with “Just chilling.” The other side is an all-over pattern of their faces.
The towel is 12 in. by 30 in. To use it, get it wet then wring out the excess water. Snap it to activate the cooling technology. Then you can wrap it around your neck or head.
DreamWorks Beach Towel – $27
The beach towel features the same design as the cooling towel. It’s light blue and reads, “Just chilling,” above images of Poppy, Shrek, and Po.
Lei Lei Headband – $22
This headband is inspired by Lei Lei from “Kung Fu Panda 3.” The sides of the headband are covered in light pink fabric. The top is a fuzzy plush piece resembling Lei Lei’s head, complete with embroidered nose and eye details. Two black panda ears stick out of the top and there’s a pink flower between them.
Po Headband – $22
This headband is black with four plush Po heads on top. Two are wearing Po’s bamboo hat. They’re each making different expressions.
Fuzzy Kung Fu Panda Hat – $30
This hat is white and fuzzy with pink details. Pink puff balls hang from the sides. A small Po plush is attached to one side.
Po Hat – $30
This bucket hat resembles Po with his facial details embroidered on the front. It has two long white arms. If you squeeze a puffed piece on the brim of the hat, the arms flap.
Po Dumpling Plush – $25
This Po plush is depicted wearing his shorts, boots, and bamboo hat.
He holds a small container with two dumplings inside.
Po Mini Plush – $15
A smaller plush depicts Po without his accessories, his arms wide for a hug.
“Pure Awesomeness” Youth T-Shirt – $23
This tee is heather gray with a cutesy picture of Po on the chest. It reads, “Pure awesomeness.”
“Powered by Dumplings” Youth T-Shirt – $25
A black tee features Po in the same style, holding a dumpling with chopsticks. More dumplings, plates, and chopsticks float in a circle around him. A heart is in a speech bubble.
“Powered by dumplings” is on the back with gold stars and a dumpling.
Po Tumbler – $18
This clear plastic tumbler is covered in images of Po’s face, some with gold stars in his eyes and some wearing a bamboo hat. It has a domed cap and a red straw that curls through the tumbler.
Po Youth Ball Cap – 25
This hat has a black brim and white cap with embroidered details so it resembles Po’s face. Fuzzy black ears stick out of the top.
“Universal Studios” is embroidered on the back in black. It has a white plastic adjustable strap.
Po Plush Waist Bag – $28
This plush bag resembles Po’s head, too.
It has an adjustable black strap with plastic hardware.
Gingy Headband – $22
Moving onto the “Shrek” franchise, this headband features the Gingerbread Man, a.k.a. Gingy. His head is a plush piece on the top, alongside a green cupcake. The headband features yellow, blue, and pink patterns.
Shrek Ears Headband – $18
Channel Shrek with this fuzzy green headband. Shrek’s conical ears stick out of the sides.
Shrek Ball Cap – $27
Or wear this green ball cap featuring Shrek’s eyebrows, eyes, and nose on the front.
It has a Velcro strap. “Universal Studios” is embroidered in dark green on the back.
Shrek Stainless Steel Water Bottle – $25
The stainless steel bottle is patterned with images of Shrek’s face and muted green splotches. It has a black plastic lid with a built-in straw.
Gabby’s Dollhouse Headband – $18
Though it’s not one of the main DreamWorks Land franchises, “Gabby’s Dollhouse” will appear in the new Universal Studios Florida area. This headband is inspired by the cat ears that Gabby wears. They’re white with black fur on the tip of the left ear. The insides of the ears are sparkly pink.
Kitty Fairy Headband -$18
This ear headband is inspired by Kitty Fairy. It’s covered in pink fur, with dandelion antennae sticking out of the top. At the base of the dandelions are yellow flowers.
Mercat Headband – $18
This headband is inspired by Mercat. It’s teal blue with a scale-patterned headpiece decorated with a shiny pink starfish.
Cakey Cat Youth T-Shirt – $23
Cakey Cat, a white cat wearing a cupcake liner, is on the chest of this white shirt. A rainbow with cat ears arcs over Cakey Cat, with mushrooms at either end. “Oh, Sprinkles!” is in blue lettering among colorful sprinkles and flowers.
Yellow Hamster Kitties Plush – $15
The Hamster Kitties are round hamsters with different colors and patterns. This one is yellow with brown patterns.
Gray Hamster Kitties Plush – $15
This hamster is gray. The plush are the perfect size to fit in your hand.
White Hamster Kitties Plush – $15
The white hamster kitty has a pink spot over its right eye and ear.
Brown Hamster Kitties Plush – $15
This hamster kitty is shades of brown.
Jurassic Park Merchandise
Pink Dinosaur Headband – $22
The new “Jurassic Park” and “Jurassic World” merchandise features brightly colored, and sometimes sparkly, dinosaurs. This headband is designed to look like a small dino is munching on your head. It’s a sparkly pink dinosaur with purple eyes and white teeth. The headband is covered in fuzzy purple fabric.
Blue Dinosaur Headband – $22
Another version features a blue sparkly dinosaur with orange stripes on its chest and orange claws. The headband is covered in orange fuzzy fabric.
Jurassic Park “Here First” Headband – $22
This headband is yellow. A patch near the top reads, “Dinosaur rights.” There are also patches of a blue stegosaurus and an orange triceratops.
There’s a plush T. rex at the top of the headband. The plush patch reads, “Here first,” in neon lettering.
Jurassic Park “Dinosaur Rights” Headband – $22
This headband is similar. It’s blue with the same stegosaurus patch and a “Dinosaur rights” patch. Instead of a T. rex, it has an orange triceratops plush walking along the top.
The “Dinosaur rights” patches feature hearts with dinosaur faces in the center.
Pink Dinosaur Hat – $30
Like the first headband, this hat resembles a pink sparkly dinosaur. It has a giant head that fits around your head as a hat. The small body hangs off the back.
It’s secured with Velcro on the jaw.
Blue Dinosaur Hat – $30
This hat has the same construction but is blue.
Green Dinosaur Hat – $30
If you want something less sparkly, this dinosaur hat is solid green.
The “Jurassic Park” logo is on the back.
Gray Dinosaur Hat – $30
There’s also a gray dinosaur hat with a subtle scale pattern and plastic eyes. It doesn’t have the small body hanging off the back.
Dinosaur Beanie – $25
For something more cutesy and less teethy, there’s this knit green beanie. It has large eyes embroidered on the front.
Scales run along the top of the beanie and down a tail sticking out of the back.
Jurassic World Bucket Hat – $30
Lastly, there’s a camouflage bucket hat. A “Jurassic World” patch is on the front.
Scales run down the back.
Minion Merchandise
Minion Summer Headband – $22
Celebrate summer with the new Minions merchandise. This green headband features tropical flowers and a Minion plush on top. The Minion wears blue goggles and flower-patterned swim trunks.
Tim Headband – $22
This headband is inspired by Tim, the Minion Bob’s teddy bear. It’s covered in brown fuzzy fur fabric. Tim’s head and arms are on the right side, wearing a white and black hood. He has button eyes and a pink tongue. On the left side is a red sequin-covered heart with “Tim” in white letters.
Minions Headband – $22
Four different Minions are featured as plush on top of this black headband. They all have embroidered eyes, goggles, and Gru’s logo on their blue overalls. Bob holds a felt version of Tim the teddy bear.
Fluffy Unicorn Hat – $30
This fuzzy bucket hat is pink, yellow, and blue. On top is Agnes’ fluffy unicorn plush. It’s white with pink details and a gold horn.
Minion Hat – $30
This hat resembles a one-eyed Minion with a cotton candy afro. It has cotton candy puff balls hanging from yellow arms on the sides.
Minion Bucket Hat – $30
This knit bucket hat has a blue brim and yellow cap. Black goggles frame one green eye and one brown eye.
Transformers Headband – $20
Lastly, unrelated to the other franchises represented above, we found a cute new Transformers headband. It’s black with the plush heads of Optimus Prime and Bumblebee on top.
