When we stopped by a week ago, there was still some scaffolding around the first story of the building. Refurbishment work began in February and themed scrim covered City Hall and the Firehouse soon after. Work on the Firehouse wrapped up last month.

Construction walls remain in front of City Hall but scaffolding is now gone from the building. Guests must queue in front of the construction walls to enter City Hall.
