On the eve of the grand opening of Fantasy Springs, the one-time special show “The Fantasy Begins” was performed at Tokyo DisneySea. The special show included 1,000 drones and fireworks while taking guests on a thorough tour of the new area that is set to open tomorrow, June 6.

Characters including Tinker Bell, Peter Pan, Rapunzel, Flynn Ryder, Anna, Elsa, and the Lost Boys appeared, as renditions of fan-favorite Disney songs such as “You Can Fly”, “When Will My Life Begin?”, “I’ve Got a Dream,” “For the First Time in Forever,” and “Let it Go” played.

All three new areas of Fantasy Springs were highlighted, as guests were given a look at Frozen Kingdom, Peter Pan’s Never Land, and Rapunzel’s Forest.

At the end of the show, the drones became the words Fantasy Springs as fireworks erupted, illuminating the new area of the park.

The show also gave guests a look inside the Snuggly Duckling, Royal Banquet of Arendelle, and Lookout Cookout, three new restaurants opening in Fantasy Springs.
