Universal Studios Singapore announced the 2025 opening date for their version of Illumination’s Minion Land. They also shared new concept art of the land.
Minion Land at Universal Studios Singapore
Illumination’s Minion Land will open at Universal Studios Singapore on February 14, 2025.
Universal wrote on Instagram, “Get ready for a mischief-filled adventure with a brand-new boardwalk eatery serving Minion-themed dishes as well as three unique shopping environments including exclusive merchandise.”
New concept art takes a look inside some of the land’s themed gift shops. Minion Land is split into three areas: Minion Marketplace, Gru’s Neighborhood, and Super Silly Fun Land. Attractions include Despicable Me Minion Mayhem and the all-new carousel attraction Buggie Boogie.
Minion Marketplace shops include Sweet Surrender, Pop Store, and Fun Store, selling sweets and merchandise. In Gru’s Neighborhood will be Despicable Me Minion Mayhem. Super Silly Fun Land is the carnival space, located across from Minion Marketplace and Gru’s Neighborhood, where Buggie Boogie will be located.
Other Super Silly Fun Land offerings include Silly Swirly, Super Hungry Food Stand, Pop-A-Nana, Space Killer, and Ba-Na-Na CaBaNa!
This is Universal’s fifth Minion Land worldwide, transporting guests into the world of Illumination’s “Despicable Me” and “Minions” franchises. Read more about the new Minion Land.
