Lightning Lane Premier Pass sold out for Magic Kingdom on Friday, January 31, 2025 — the first sellout for the offering since it became accessible to all Walt Disney World guests.

Lightning Lane Premier Pass was $379 for Magic Kingdom on Friday. Premier Pass pricing varies by date, but the original Walt Disney World theme park is always the most expensive.

When attempting to purchase Premier Pass via the My Disney Experience app, guests will see Magic Kingdom listed as “Currently Unavailable” on January 31. Premier Pass remains available for EPCOT ($229), Disney’s Hollywood Studios ($329), and Disney’s Animal Kingdom ($159). Lightning Lane Multi Pass remains available for Magic Kingdom at $35 per guest.

The Premier Pass grants access to all of a park’s attractions with a Lightning Lane, without the requirement of booking a return window. Multi Pass, on the other hand, allows access to most Lightning Lane attractions after booking a return window. Lightning Lane Single Pass is required for select popular attractions — Seven Dwarfs Mine Train and TRON Lightcycle / Run at Magic Kingdom.

When Premier Pass launched at Walt Disney World last year, it was only available to guests staying at deluxe hotels. It soon after became available to guests staying at all Disney hotels and Disney introduced slightly lower pricing. It was made available to all guests earlier this month.
