The Heroes Ticket will be available to eligible California firefighters, Los Angeles-based law enforcement personnel, and emergency medical technicians (EMTs) who helped fight the devastating fires in Los Angeles this January. It will also be available to eligible individuals from other departments that provided mutual aid assistance.

“We are inspired by the endless dedication and contributions of the heroes who battled the fires that took place in the LA area, and our gratitude for their service is immeasurable,” said Ken Potrock, who was President of Disneyland Resort during the height of the fires before recent management changes. “We hope these heroes can enjoy a memorable day with a loved one at our parks, because they certainly deserve it.”

The Heroes Ticket will be valid on Mondays through Thursdays from May 5 through August 7, 2025. A theme park reservation is still required.

More information about eligibility and verification requirements, and how to register for a complimentary ticket, will be sent directly to qualifying departments in April.

In early January, The Walt Disney Company announced they would donate $15 million to fire relief efforts. Donation drives hosted by Disney VoluntEARS collected more than 200,000 essential items for those impacted by the fires. And Disney’s new “LA Strong” t-shirt raises money for the American Red Cross.
