Mickey and Minnie are temporarily meeting guests in DinoLand U.S.A. at Disney’s Animal Kingdom while their regular location is closed for a short refurbishment.
Mickey and Minnie Meet and Greet
We saw Mickey and Minnie strolling arm in arm through DinoLand U.S.A. on Thursday, February 27, headed to their temporary meet-and-greet location. The pair are currently meeting guests outside of Restaurantosaurus, in the area where Goofy can usually be found.
The Cast Member we spoke with informed us that Goofy can be found closer to the front of the park and meets guests later in the day.
The new meet and greet spot for Mickey and Minnie is due to Adventurers Outpost being temporarily closed. Per the official Walt Disney World website, the location is closed through Thursday, February 27 as it undergoes routine maintenance.
Guests are encouraged to check the My Disney Experience app for locations and times of where to meet Mickey, Minnie, and their pals. The Walt Disney World website does list operational hours for Adventurers Outpost from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Friday, February 28.
At Disney’s Animal Kingdom, Mickey and Minnie are dressed for their latest adventure when meeting with guests. Minnie wears a long-sleeved blouse with a tan skirt, scarf, sun hat, and brown heels. Mickey wears a short-sleeved button-down shirt, brown shorts, shoes, and a hat.
