A blue building with visible rust marks and a weathered surface, partially obscured by a fence, boasts shop signage reminiscent of structures at Universal Studios Florida, complete with a lamp post and spotlight mounted on the roof.

The store’s marquee has been removed from the front exterior of the building. The street lampost and lighting fixture on the roof remain in place.

As we reported in the last update, crews had begun tearing away the exterior paneling of the building. While not much of the remaining paneling has been touched it does appear as though crews have started gutting the interior of the building.
