TRON Identity Program at Magic Kingdom Currently Walk-Up Only

The TRON Identity Program at Magic Kingdom is currently only accepting walk-up guests.

Inside a modern building at the Magic Kingdom, three futuristic white lockers with glowing blue accents are labeled "TRON Identity Program." People stand in line, guided by blue barriers, eagerly awaiting their turn.

The TRON Identity Program is located in the Tomorrowland Launch Depot store, next to Space Mountain and TRON Lightcycle Run. During the experience, guests create a custom TRON action figure. Though Disney previously offered online reservations for the program ahead of time, this system is currently down. When attempting to search for a reservation on the Walt Disney World website, the experience appears fully booked.

Cast Members at the store confirmed they are currently only accepting walk-up guests due to potential downtime. The experience was unexpectedly closed for one day last month due to technical issues. Though it has since remained operational, Disney is not accepting reservations out of an abundance of caution.

TRON Identity Program was introduced in 2023 with the remodeling of Tomorrowland Launch Depot (formerly Tomorrowland Light & Power Company) to coincide with the opening of TRON Lightcycle Run at Magic Kingdom.
