Months after being removed, Duffman is once again here to refill your beer! That is, his statue is back on display outside Duff Brewery in Universal Studios Florida.
Duffman Statue Returns
The statue was removed from the Simpsons-inspired Springfield, U.S.A. at least six months ago. He was temporarily replaced with a gray box featuring the Duff Beer logo. The outline of the box is still visible on the ground.
Duffman’s removal was part of an ongoing project to refurbish the figures of Springfield. Duffman looks cleaner than ever and freshly painted.
The superhero-esque character is the mascot of Duff Beer, first appearing in the season 9 premiere of “The Simpsons.”
The exterior of The Simpsons Ride and the surrounding carnival games were refurbished back in 2023.
