Tokyo Disney Resort released details of Fantasy Springs-inspired dishes and more that will be available at the Tokyo DisneySea Food & Wine Festival.

Anna and Elsa’s Frozen Journey Special Course – ¥12,000

A gourmet meal spread featuring steak, salad, dessert, bread rolls, coffee, chocolates, and a macaron is elegantly displayed on a dark table—a sneak peek into the delights awaiting at the 2025 Food & Wine Festival.

Starting on April 7, Magellan’s will serve this series of courses inspired by Anna and Elsa’s Frozen Journey. The hors d’oeuvre, made with Nordic ingredients, is based on Olaf. His face is cod brandade with a carrot nose, while his body is king crab, served with celery root salad.

A fish dish depicts the North Mountain, home of Elsa’s ice palace. Hokkaido abalone is covered in yuzu foam, representing Elsa’s closed-off heart.

A beef filet en croute depicts Arendelle Castle. It’s inspired by the food served at castle banquets, featuring berry-scented wince sauce.

The dessert brings the story to its conclusion with a chocolate piece depicted Anna and Elsa skating hand in hand. It’s fromage mousse with macedonia lemon sorbet and mignardises.

The meal is also served with beurre and walnut bread, and coffee or tea.

Peter Pan’s Never Land Adventure Special Set – ¥5,800

A table adorned with four elegantly plated gourmet dishes, featuring meat, pasta, vegetables, and dessert on white plates, sets the scene at the 2025 Food & Wine Festival. Decorative elements evoke the enchanting ambiance of Tokyo DisneySea in the background.

Set off for the second star to the right with this special set inspired by Peter Pan’s Never Land Adventure. This Italian meal will be available at Ristorante di Canaletto starting on April 7.

The appetizer sets the stage for adventure with scallops representing Skull Rock and green pea mousse for mermaid cove.

The casarecce pasta represents driftwood collected by the Lost Kids. It’s covered in a sparkling Pixie Dust powder – plus saffron cream, prosciutto, and mimolette.

Roasted beef sirloin made with red radish is inspired by Captain Hook’s hat. It’s garnished with corn to stand in as pirate treasure.

The dessert is inspired by Captain Hook’s end in the mouth of Tick Tock Croc. The crocodile mouth is two types of cannoli, one with pistachio cream and one with ricotta and nuts. It’s accompanied by lemon cherries and peaches.

A special pasta set is also available for ¥3,800.

Rapunzel’s Lantern Festival Special Course – ¥13,400

A gourmet meal spread featuring lobster pasta, assorted appetizers, roast beef with sauce, and dessert awaits you at the Food & Wine Festival 2025. Elegantly arranged bread rolls and a cup of coffee are complemented by lit candles in the background to enhance this Tokyo DisneySea experience.

The Rapunzel’s Lantern Festival meal will be at S.S. Columbia Dining Room starting on April 16. The assorted appetizers depict a boat moving through the forest on its way to the lantern festival. On one side of the “river” is Rapunzel’s tower. On the other side is Flynn hiding. This is chevre cheese and salmon trout, bean and vegetable jelly, gizzard and beef mousse with nuts. A second appetizer option is vegetable soup with sausage and chicken.

Sautéed red sea bream and oven-roasted lobster with Pernod sauce represents Rapunzel leaving her tower for the first time.

The meat dish depicts the Kingdom of Corona, complete with Rapunzel’s castle. Meat options are roast beef, grilled Japanese black beef sirloin, or both roast beef and black beef sirloin. They are served with truffle-flavored red wine sauce and black rice risotto.

The chocolate mousse dessert is inspired by Rapunzel and Flynn’s boat, complete with a chocolate piece shaped like them, and their lantern.

It also comes with bread, and coffee or tea.
