Rose & Crown Pub, which is located in the same building as the Rose & Crown Dining Room in EPCOT, will be unable to serve draft beer and cider for the next several weeks.
No Draft Drinks at Rose & Crown Pub

Guests planning to drink their way around EPCOT may have to make alternate plans when visiting the United Kingdom Pavilion, because the Rose & Crown Pub is currently unable to serve draft beer or cider.

The pub, which is located on the right side of the restaurant with the same name, is a walk-up location where guests can get a wide variety of British alcoholic beverages. The pub’s usual menu includes a mixture of wine, whiskey, and beverage flights. However, one of the pub’s more popular options is getting draft beer and cider directly from the bar.

According to multiple Cast Members working at the location, the Rose & Crown Pub is now completely unable to serve draft beverages. This is due to the restaurant building a new keg system, in a process expected to last approximately 10 weeks. According to the Cast Members, Disney had considered closing the pub for the process, but ultimately decided it was better to just serve canned beverages.

As a result, guests will be unable to purchase any draft beverages at the location for at least the next two months. While the new keg system is being completed, guests are being asked to purchase alternative beverages. Canned beer and cider are also available for purchase.
No signs advertising the change have been posted yet, though Cast Members are informing guests about the issue as they arrive in the pub. Thankfully, guests can also now purchase some draft beverages from the new outdoor bar kiosk added to the pavilion earlier this week.

I absolutely despise an establishment that informs me of broken rides and other misfortunes AFTER I have paid for entrance on that day. There is an ever growing number of places (Disney is one) that have been permanently written off of my itinerary as a result of this kind of manipulation of customers.
