One date for Universal Annual Passholders to preview Epic Universe has already sold out.
Epic Universe Annual Passholder Previews
Universal Orlando Resort announced Annual Passholder previews for Epic Universe earlier this week. Passholder preview dates will take place from April 17 to May 8, 2025. Previews will have a limited capacity and are not guaranteed. Ticket prices for the previews range between $144 and $123.
As of Thursday, April 10, the May 3 preview date has already sold out. All other preview dates still have tickets available for Annual Passholders.
The price for the May 3 preview date, before it sold out, was $131 per ticket. Annual Passholders can buy tickets for multiple guests, but they must all be Annual Passholders and each Passholder must be linked in the purchaser’s digital wallet.
Previews for Team Members, which include family and friend previews, have been ongoing since mid-March, with the final Team Member preview date happening on April 16. Recently, Universal lifted the photo ban, allowing preview guests to take photos and videos while visiting the park.
Epic Universe previews have also recently been extended to other groups. Universal hotel guests, activated 2025 Military Freedom ticketholders, and Universal Rewards Visa Signature card members can now take advantage of previews, as well.
Per the posted information in the FAQ section of Universal’s website, guests staying at all Universal Orlando Resort hotels can purchase a preview ticket to Epic Universe at the Universal Vacation Planning Center in their hotel’s lobby.
Guests can book a stay starting April 16 for the Universal Helios Grand Hotel, one day prior to the Annual Passholder preview dates. The Helios Grand Hotel is attached to Epic Universe, and guests will have their own private entry into the park. Other perks include early park admission, complimentary transportation to other areas of Universal Orlando Resort, key card charging, and merchandise delivery. Certain room layouts will have “How to Train Your Dragon”-themed kids’ rooms.
Guests staying at the Universal Helios Grand Hotel can enter Epic Universe through the dedicated hotel entrance with valid theme park admission beginning April 17 at 10 a.m. Universal Hotel guests also have the opportunity to enter Epic Universe up to one hour before regular guests during the preview dates of April 17 through May 8.
During previews, certain elements and attractions may not be operating, and guests are encouraged to check the Universal Orlando Resort app for the latest operational updates.
