On the opening day of GEO-82, the new adults-only Spaceship Earth lounge at EPCOT, a new Spaceship Earth Mickey balloon popcorn bucket is now available in the park.
Where To Get Your EPCOT Popcorn Bucket?
This bucket can be found at popcorn carts in EPCOT. There is a purchase limit of two per person, per transaction. The bucket was revealed shortly before the park opened on Wednesday, June 4.

Spaceship Earth Popcorn Bucket Design
This bucket is shaped the same as previous Mickey balloon popcorn buckets, but with a Spaceship Earth twist. The texture of the balloon is the same as the park’s geodesic icon, with several silver triangles that cover the entire surface of the bucket.
The opening for popcorn is on the back of the balloon, marked by the EPCOT wordmark in blue. The opening slides out for you to pour popcorn inside.
The carry strap is attached to the ears of the balloon. The strap itself is mostly blue, with imagery of the Walt Disney World Monorail going by Spaceship Earth, fireworks, and the EPCOT wordmark.
EPCOT Popcorn Bucket Lights Up!
In addition, this popcorn bucket also lights up! There are a total of six colors in the sequence: red, light blue, dark blue, purple, blue, and green. There are two settings to choose from with the lights, either a slow glow or a blinking option.
The battery panel can be found on the bottom of the bucket, along with the on/off switch.

This bucket’s release coincides with the grand opening of GEO-82, the new adults-only Spaceship Earth lounge. Check out a tour of the entire venue, as well as our review of exclusive food and beverages, see the souvenir glasses available for purchase, what exclusive liquors and bourbons are available, and the Spaceship Earth references found throughout the space, down to the flight boards and ice cubes.
