Alongside the opening date and first look at the new menu, Disney has also released a first look at merchandise that will be available for The Beak and Barrel, coming to Magic Kingdom.
The Beak and Barrel Merchandise
According to the Disney Parks Blog, the new Pirates of the Caribbean tavern will offer “special keepsakes” for purchase. Above is a red T-shirt inspired by The Beak and Barrel, with its logo on the front and Rummy on the back, and a Parrot Shoulder Plush.
The same shoulder plush is already available online from the Disney Store, though it’s labeled as “Peg-Leg Pete Shoulder Plush.”
Rummy will be the new barker bird found inside The Beak and Barrel. She is the first mate of Captain Meridian “Merry” Goldwyn, who owns the establishment in its storyline. This addition pays homage to Peg-Leg Pete, the former Barker Bird that was once stationed outside the entrance to Pirates of the Caribbean.
These items will be available next door to The Beak and Barrel at Plaza del Sol Caribe Bazaar, the exit gift shop for the Pirates of the Caribbean attraction.
The Beak and Barrel will open in Magic Kingdom on Friday, August 29, 2025. Reservations open to guests on Thursday, August 14. Guests will be able to book online or via the My Disney Experience app. Check out our first look at the menu for the new pub.
