Even outside of scare zones and houses, guests at Halloween Horror Nights 2025 will encounter characters throughout Universal Studios Florida.

Sergio Navarro

A Halloween Horror Nights 2025 character in a brown coat poses dramatically by the waterfront at Universal Studios Florida.

Not an icon but an “iconic character” is Sergio Navarro from El Artista: A Spanish Haunting. Sergio is a tortured artist in 19th century Spain. He moves to an isolated country manor seeking inspiration. Of course, everything goes wrong.

Sergio is an original character and not only appears in his own house, but narrates the Opening Scaremonies. Guests can encounter him up close and personal at the HHN Bar in Battery Park.

Lyla

A person in a scary zombie costume stands on a platform at Universal Studios Florida's Halloween Horror Nights 2025.

Also at the HHN Bar is Lyla from Dolls: Let’s Play Dead. This little girl just wants to play, and you happen to be her toy. She appears in dirty Christmas pajamas with a mask made of doll limbs.

Lyla doesn’t appear as a Scareactor in her house because guests are doll-sized. Instead, she’s just seen as silhouettes and shadows through the dollhouse windows. The sighting at HHN Bar is a chance to really encounter her in person.

Art the Clown

A woman snaps a selfie with creepy Halloween Horror Nights 2025 characters on a dimly lit street at night.

Art the Clown from Terrifier roams HHN around Club Horror in the San Francisco area of the park. We encountered him in his classic black and white look as well as his Santa Claus costume.

You might see him walking around with weapons or riding a tricycle. Watch our video of Santa Art below.
