Jingle Cruise is a seasonal holiday overlay at Magic Kingdom featuring special decorations throughout the attraction’s queue and ride. The transformation from the regular Jungle Cruise to the Jingle Cruise is done in just 11 hours between the closing of Magic Kingdom and reopening the next day.

A rustic "Jingle Cruise Tours" sign with Christmas greenery glows at Magic Kingdom, no castle in sight among Disney’s iconic parks.

Disney Unscripted shows this process in a 15-minute episode. Crew members trek through the jungle, delivering decorations to the ride’s various scenes. The team has to make sure everything not only looks nice and festive, but is also securely tied down.

The attraction will revert back to Jungle Cruise on January 2, 2026.

The new Disney Unscripted series began with a behind-the-scenes look at Disney Hercules on the Disney Destiny. Other episodes took viewers along for the transformation of Cars Land from Halloween to the holidays and the Disney Destiny’s christening.
