Rare Holiday Decorations in EPCOT’s China Pavilion

The China pavilion in EPCOT has some Christmas decorations, a rare sight for the pavilion. We spotted two Christmas trees and a wreath in the House of Good Fortune.

The trees frame a shelf of panda plush and figures. Cast Members even used some of the panda plush to decorate the trees.

The wreath hangs in the center of the shelving unit, around a pair of pandas.

Though the pavilion doesn’t usually decorate, China does participate in the EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays with two Holiday Storytellers. Now through December 18, the Si-Zhu Trio performs traditional Chinese folk music. From December 19 through Christmas day will be a Chinese Lion Dancer. Showtimes are noon, 1:00 p.m., 2:00 p.m., 3:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.
