‘Disneyland Handcrafted’ Teaser Shares It Was a ‘Miracle’ Disneyland Opened On Time

A new teaser for the upcoming Disneyland Handcrafted documentary shows just how rushed the process for building the park was.
New Disneyland Handcrafted Teaser
The teaser starts with a voiceover from the late Disney Legend Art Linkletter, the iconic TV personality who hosted Disneyland’s live opening broadcast:
It was just a great big panic all the time. It was a miracle it ever went on and just as it was a miracle that Disneyland ever got open on date.
His voiceover plays over footage of a ride vehicle being installed and then tested on Peter Pan’s Flight.
Additional footage then shows workers installing light fixtures on Main Street U.S.A., putting the finishing touches on a King Arthur Carrousel horse and a Casey Jr. Circus Train engine, and placing logs in Frontierland.
