With three parking garages and two parking lots, there are thousands of parking spots at Disney Springs. Keep reading to find out which garage or lot might be best for you on your next trip to Disney Springs.
Disney Springs Parking

All five parking options are labeled on the Disney Springs Map above. Self-parking at Disney Springs surface parking lots and parking garages is complimentary. Plus, complimentary transportation is available if you are traveling between Disney Springs and a Disney Resort hotel. The Walt Disney World parks do not have direct transportation to and from Disney Springs.
Grapefruit Garage

The Grapefruit Garage is the third parking garage to debut at Disney Springs, and it includes a pedestrian bridge over Buena Vista Drive directly into the Marketplace area, right around where Basin and World of Disney are. Opening in 2019, Grapefruit provides five levels of parking and is only accessible from eastbound Buena Vista Drive.

The Grapefruit Garage provides additional parking for Disney Springs guests and Cast Members, located just across the street from the Lime Garage. Electric Vehicle parking and charging ports are available on Level 3.
Check out this full walk-through of the garage as we take you across the pedestrian bridge and into Disney Springs:
Lime Garage

The five-floor Lime Garage is located on the East side of Disney Springs and offers over 2,000 parking spaces and direct pedestrian access. The garage features digital signs letting guests know how many spaces are left on a level and in a row, based on parking sensors at each space (see below). Locations near the Lime Garage include World of Disney, UNIQLO, The LEGO Store, Ron Jon, and multiple dining locations, including Gideon’s Bakehouse.

The Lime Garage is conveniently located near Hotel Plaza Blvd and the State Road 535 entrance, allowing an easier entrance for most arriving guests.
As of publishing, the Lime Garage at Disney Springs is closed for an almost three-month-long refurbishment for general structural repairs and updates.
According to the Central Florida Tourism Oversight District, the five-level garage will undergo structural repairs. It will be closed from January 12 through February 11, 2026. It will then briefly reopen for Presidents’ Day weekend from February 12 through 16, then be closed again from February 17 through March 13, 2026. That will mean the project’s completion is before most spring break periods. The garage will officially reopen on March 14.
Orange Garage

The five-floor Orange Garage has two entrances on either end of the AMC theater. It opened in 2014 as part of a major overhaul of Downtown Disney, transforming the district into Disney Springs. Like the Lime Garage, it features digital signs letting guests know how many spaces are left on a level and in a row, based on parking sensors at each space.

The Orange Garage underwent refurbishment in January of 2025. Located on the West side of Disney Springs, the garage is located on East Buena Vista Dr, across from Cast Services.
Watermelon Parking Lot

One of two surface lots, the Watermelon lot is located near the Cirque du Soleil Theatre. It is not labeled, and it can be difficult to find. However, if you search for Cirque du Soleil Theatre in your navigation app of choice, there will be a parking lot right next to the large white building. The lot is set up to accommodate larger vehicles and trailers, if needed.
Strawberry Parking Lot

The Strawberry Parking Lot is located next to the Watermelon lot. It is the furthest lot from the hustle and bustle of Disney Springs. The lot is located just past the Charter Bus drop-off. If you have plans to visit locations on the West End of Disney Springs and want to avoid the Orange Garage, this might be a solid option. The AMC Theatre, Splitsville Luxury Lanes, Jaleo by Jose Andres, The Summer House on the Lake, and House of Blues are locations relatively near the lot.
Other Important Information
When parking at Disney Springs, Disney suggests arriving at least 60 minutes before any scheduled event, show, or reservation. Each garage and lot has separate security screening areas. All guests entering Disney Springs must pass through security, regardless of arrival method.
Disney Springs has a new feature in the My Disney Experience app that lets you know when Disney Springs’ parking lots and garages are full.
