After two faded signs were replaced a few weeks ago near Disney’s Animal Kingdom, two signs were also replaced near EPCOT in an effort to update road signage.
New Road Signs
The signs have been replaced near EPCOT, as one points to the direction of the EPCOT resort area, Disney Springs, and the I-4 and 192, while the other points to the other three Disney theme parks.
Both of these sign replacements are part of a project by Disney to not only replace faded signs but also update the color scheme. The new signs are dark blue with a lighter blue stripe across the bottom and white and yellow letters. The previous road signs, which had been installed in the 1990s, were purple with a red stripe across the bottom.
