Yachtsman Steakhouse and Crew’s Cup Lounge restaurants at Disney’s Yacht Club Resort will soon close for refurbishment as part of overall maintenance at the resort.

Yachtsman Steakhouse and Crew’s Cup Lounge Refurbishment

The following message appears on the Walt Disney World website:

Disney’s Yacht Club Resort is undergoing exterior maintenance through late 2026, which will affect views throughout the Resort and, at times, require alternate paths of travel. In addition, Yachtsman Steakhouse will close in May 2026 for a refresh, with reopening expected by August 2026, and Crew’s Cup Lounge will close February 23, 2026, with reopening expected in May 2026. Guests may see or hear daytime work until the refurbishment is complete.

This means that the Crew’s Cup Lounge will close first, on February 23, 2026, and will reopen in May 2026. Yachtsman Steakhouse will then shutter for its refurbishment, opening in August 2026. As with most resort maintenance work, guests are forewarned that construction can be seen and heard during daytime hours.

Yachtsman Steakhouse last underwent a refurbishment in 2021, which included refreshed nautical touches and a whole new menu. We do not know what this refurbishment will entail or if it will include new menu items like last time.
