The Disneyland calendar indicates Oga’s Cantina will reopen on Saturday, March 14, 2026. This will follow a nearly two-month closure.

Disneyland is shifting the timeline for half of Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge to now be set during the original Star Wars trilogy. This includes Oga’s Cantina, which will still be owned by Oga, but earlier in her career. DJ R-3X will also remain in place.

The bar’s refurbishment work includes drainage updates and potentially thematic changes, but Disney hasn’t announced details.

Disney said the timeline shift will officially go into effect on April 29 but that guests might see updates before that date.
