Disney Experiences announced a series of leadership appointments today, about one month following Josh D’Amaro’s appointment as CEO.
Leadership Shakeup for Disney Parks & Experiences

In an announcement shared by The Walt Disney Company, Disney Experiences detailed a series of leadership appointments that primarily affect Disney Parks and Products.
This announcement included news that Thomas Mazloum has been named Chairman of Disney Experiences, succeeding Josh D’Amaro following his nomination to CEO of The Walt Disney Company.
Three more appointments were announced alongside Mazloum’s promotion:
Jill Estorino

Jill Estorino has been appointed President of Disneyland Resort, reporting to Mazloum. In this position, she will oversee operations and guest experience at Disneyland Resort in California.
Estorino previously served as President of Disney Parks International, where she oversaw international parks and resorts, including Disneyland Paris, Hong Kong Disneyland, Shanghai Disney Resort, and Tokyo Disney Resort in partnership with Oriental Land Company. Earlier in her career, she served as Executive Vice President of Global Marketing and Sales for Disney Parks, Experiences and Products, where she was involved in the opening of Shanghai Disney Resort. She has worked at Disney for more than 35 years in various leadership roles.
Tasia Filippatos

Tasia Filippatos has been appointed President of Disney Parks International, overseeing the operations, development, and expansion of Disney’s theme parks outside the United States. These include Disneyland Paris, Hong Kong Disneyland, Shanghai Disney Resort, Tokyo Disney Resort (in partnership with Oriental Land Company), and a planned park project in Abu Dhabi.
Filippatos most recently served as President of Disney Consumer Products, where she managed a global portfolio that included merchandise, retail, publishing, and games tied to Disney intellectual property. Her work focused on expanding consumer product partnerships and integrating Disney brands into retail and merchandise experiences.
Lisa Baldzicki

Lisa Baldzicki has been promoted to President of Disney Consumer Products, overseeing the company’s global retail and licensing business. The division includes merchandise licensing across more than 100 product categories and distribution in over 180 countries.
Prior to this promotion, Baldzicki led Parks Product Development and Retail within Disney Consumer Products. In that role, she was responsible for strategy and development of merchandise and retail experiences across Disney’s domestic theme parks.
