“The Heart of Magic”, a brand new castle stage show, will unfold across Enchanted Storybook Castle, now complete with three satellite stages and connecting bridges. Mickey and Friends will embark on a quest to restore the Heart of Magic, joined by beloved characters.

The park has also been decorated for the celebration. A large display at the entrance of the park has a gold and navy Mickey icon with sparkles and fireworks. A banner and shooting fireworks surround it.

In the park, guests will see another anniversary display, featuring Mickey and Minnie in their new costumes. They stand on both sides of a “10” as ribbons surround them. One says “With You, It’s Magic.”

Smaller displays can be found elsewhere in the park, including more Mickey icons and character signage. The general color scheme of Shanghai’s celebration is navy and gold.

Guests will get to meet Duffy and Friends, including Gelatoni, CookieAnn, and LinaBell, who wear layered skirts adorned with handmade Chinese-style pleats.

Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse appear in regal blue styles anchored by stunning star brooches on golden neckerchiefs. Square lapels catch the light, while a silver-to-blue glitter gradient showers down like shooting stars. Read more about the costumes for the 10th birthday celebration.

Nighttime spectacular Illuminate! A Nighttime Celebration has a new birthday-exclusive grand finale. Mickey Mouse, in his 10th Birthday magician ensemble, cast spells across the castle and Gardens of Imagination, with fountains, lasers, and fireworks igniting the night sky. Before the finale is a brand-new segment inspired by Walt Disney Animation Studios’ Wish.

The all-new 10th Birthday Celebration park tickets feature one of many beloved Disney characters and unique Shanghai Disneyland landmarks that can be pieced together to complete a collectible puzzle and used to capture fun creative shots at the park. More birthday magic can be unlocked beyond the resort with “My Magic Star” on the Shanghai Disney Resort app.
