The Epic Universe Preview Center at Universal CityWalk Orlando has now closed. As announced earlier this month, the Universal Legacy Store will return and a sign has already been installed.
Universal Legacy Store Returning
The Epic Universe portal-inspired entrance archway remains in place. But instead of the preview center sign, there is now a retro “Universal Legacy Store” sign at the top of the arch. The Legacy Store closed “permanently” in early 2024.
The sign is a brand-new design with a white, aqua, and orange color scheme. Prior to its 2024 closure, the store had silver lettering.
Epic Universe-inspired decals are still on the walls and windows but merchandise displays have been removed.
The Epic Universe Preview Center opened in June 2024. It showcased the park’s model and offered Epic Universe merchandise.
The Legacy Store also featured models, as well as vintage props and merchandise based on various IPs. It’s set to open later this month.
