Mowgli’s Eatery is one of several quick-service restaurants available on the Disney Adventure. Take a tour of the space, with a look at the overall design, seating area, and fun details.

Stop by the casual Mowgli’s Eatery and choose from a variety of regional and vegetarian dishes featuring the rich flavors of India—with a special Disney twist!

Inspired by Mowgli’s epic journey across the jungles of India in the Disney classic movie The Jungle Book, this quick-service eatery draws from the film’s early concept art while its authentic, Indian-inspired design touches invite you to explore the vibrant heritage of India.

Mowgli’s Eatery is located on Deck 10 Midship near other quick-service restaurants like Gramma Tala’s Kitchen, Bewitching Boba & Brews, and Stitch’s ‘Ohana Grill.

Entrance

Located in the Imagination Garden section of the ship, Mowgli's Eatery has an ornate entryway. The jade colored sign is decorated with ironwork and imagery from The Jungle Book on the opulent columns.

Sitting just below garden-facing cabin balconies, a teal and turquoise pattern runs across the front of the restaurant. It features floral patterns and Hathi Jr., the elephant, marching proudly.

On either side of the entrance, The Jungle Book-themed murals show jungle scenes, including one with a baby elephant.

Others show the family of wolves who raised Mowgli and Bagheera resting on a tree branch.

Ornate columns and lanterns give the space a distinctive feel in the Imagination Garden.

Seating Area

The seating area is a combination of about 20 two- and four- top tables. The flooring in here is mainly vinyl plank, but there is some green carpeting that mimics the jungle.

The menu consists of Tandoori Chicken, Tandoori Lamb Hariyali, Butter Chicken, Kerala Fish Curry, and Tandoori Vegetable Momos.

Accompaniments include Chutneys, Crisp Naans, Raitas, Fragrant Rice, Soft Paratha, Pulao, and a variety of slow-cooked spiced vegetarian dishes.

Our Garlic Naan was super dry and not very garlicky, either. It tasted like packaged Naan. The Mango Chutney was delicious as a nice little snack. The Tandoori Chicken was very tender and well-spiced, but not too overpowering. Those who cannot handle spice will do okay with this.

Don’t be fooled by counter-service Lamb: we LOVED this, too! It has no right being this good. The Lamb had a charred exterior with a smoky flavor, and the inside was juicy.

The rice and vegetables were unbelievably good and also very spicy. There is a sweetness to the yellow rice. We also tried the Cauliflower, and it’s some of the best we’ve ever had. It’s perfectly cooked with a bit of crunch.

We also really loved the Chana Masala, which was really spicy. It’s quick-service but tastes like something you would get at an Indian restaurant. It is about a 4 out of 5 on the spice scale.

We tried the vegan options as well: Garlic Naan, Lemon Coconut Rice, Chana Masala, Veg Jalfrezi, Cucumber Salad, and Red Onion Salad.

The Lemon Coconut Rice is really good. It’s not too lemony if you’re worried about that. The vegetables were good, too, but again, avoid if you don’t like spice/pepper. The red onion salad was fantastic. It tasted like paprika and vinegar, and the red onion taste is pretty mild.

Do be mindful if you cannot handle spice, as many options onboard have spicy dishes.
