Modified Sparkling Jubilee Harbor Show at Tokyo DisneySea

During Tokyo DisneySea’s 25th anniversary celebration, guests can see characters like Mickey and Duffy at the Mediterranean Harbor in a new show. Due to inclement weather during our recent visit, we saw a modified show.

Though the inclement weather canceled the full show, characters were still sent around the harbor on a barge to wave to guests.

The barge is decorated with blue bunting covered in stars, as well as icons representing various lands in the park, like the S.S. Columbia ship for the American Waterfront. There is a large “25” medal added near the top of the barge.

ShellieMay, Duffy, Mickey, Donald, Daisy, Minnie, Pluto, and Goofy are all wearing their new 25th anniversary outfits, as well as clear ponchos to protect their clothing from the rain.

The barge continued to sail to the other side of the harbor for all guests to see.

Sparkling Jubilee Celebration Show

The full version of the Sparkling Jubilee Celebration show will take place 1-3 times daily in Mediterranean Harbor and run for 15 minutes. Mickey and Friends will appear in their anniversary outfits on a specially decorated barge. They will be joined by Disney friends at Piazza Topolino, Lido Isle, and in front of Zambini Brothers’ Ristorante.

Featured characters include Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Daisy, Goofy, Pluto, Chip, Dale, Clarice, Pinocchio, Jiminy Cricket, Geppetto, Duffy, ShellieMay, Gelatoni, StellaLou, ‘Olu Mel, CookieAnn, and LinaBell.

Mickey will lead everyone in a count to 25. Cast Members from each port will also join in. The celebration will be accompanied by “Come Join the Jubilee,” the anniversary’s theme song, which “celebrates the many stories that have unfolded in the park’s 25-year history and expresses wishes for beautiful journeys to continue into the future.”

Running from April 15, 2026, through March 31, 2027, guests visiting Tokyo DisneySea will get to experience new entertainment, merchandise, and food options for the 25th anniversary Sparkling Jubilee celebration.
