Tokyo Disney Resort announced dates and details of their annual Summer Cool-off event featuring “Get Soaked” versions of attractions, special entertainment, menus, and more. New this year is Gadget’s Go Coaster “Get Soaked” and hotel activities.
Tokyo Disney Summer Cool-off Dates
Keep cool this summer at Tokyo Disney Resort from July 2 through September 14.
Summer Cool-off Theme Song

The summer theme song “Carrying Happiness (Tokyo Disney Resort Version)” by Mrs. GREEN APPLE returns for various offerings. Mrs. GREEN APPLE has also collaborated on special merchandise and menu items.
Tokyo Disneyland

The “Reach for the Stars” projection show will come to an end this summer as “Reach for the Stars: Everlasting Dreams.” Starting July 2, the show will get a special ending featuring event music.

Baymax’s Mission: Cool Down returns as part of the “Get Soaked” program. Baymax will cool guests down along the parade route with the Mrs. GREEN APPLE theme song playing.
This special parade will take place three times daily and is about 35 minutes long.

A special version of The Happy Ride with Baymax features the theme song by Mrs. GREEN APPLE, in addition to the attraction’s original six songs. After 7 p.m., only the limited-time theme song will play.
Splash Mountain “Get Soaked MAX Plus” once again gets guests extra wet this summer — with even more water than previous years. Both those riding the attraction and onlookers will get splashed.

Gadget’s Go Coaster will also feature a new “Get Soaked” Version this year. Guests will ride through jets of water erupting around them.

“Get Soaked” Toontown returns with various zones where guests can cool down. The Trolley Barn at Jolly Trolley will feature cool mist and spraying water. Toontown Fire Department and Fireworks Factory will spout water.

The “Vacation Jamboree” will return to Country Bear Theater from July 2 through October 31.
Jungle Cruise: Wildlife Expeditions will offer a special sticker as proof that guests uncovered the jungle’s greatest lesson. Stickers will be available while supplies last.
Tokyo DisneySea

Aquatopia will permanently close this summer — but first, guests can enjoy the “Get Soaked” version. The ride will permanently close on September 14, at the end of the Summer Cool-off period.

“Get Soaked” Harbor Splash at Mediterranean Harbor will drench guests with water. During “Splash Time,” the water spray will accompany the theme song by Mrs. GREEN APPLE.
Tokyo Disney Resort Hotels
The Tokyo Disneyland Hotel will offer a new Peter Pan-themed scavenger hunt: Tokyo Disneyland Hotel Summer Adventure! Solve puzzles from the Lost Kids inside the hotel to receive a special sticker prize. Guests can also search for Lost Kids drawings by Misty Mountains Pool.

At the Disney Ambassador Hotel will be the Tropical Summer Festival with limited-time menu items, special character greetings, and poolside decorations.
Chef Mickey’s will offer their Hawaiian menu alongside appearances by Stitch.
Food & Merchandise
Event food and merchandise will be available starting on July 1.
Merchandise items will include a Baymax-shaped penlight that lights up in sync to The Happy Ride with Baymax.
The Mrs. GREEN APPLE collaboration merchandise will also be inspired by Baymax. Plus, the band collaborated on a new drink.
Tokyo Disneyland will offer a colorful selection of shaved ice flavors and a Roast Beef Rice Bowl.
At Tokyo DisneySea will be two different styles of granita: Cafe Portofino will serve a rich and creamy tiramisu-style granita with mascarpone cream, while Zambini Brothers’ Ristorante will offer a sweet and tangy peach and lemon granita. At Sultan’s Oasis, guests can enjoy Chilled Curry-Flavored Udon, and both parks will be serving a variety of chilled noodles during the event period.
