Universal Orlando Resort announced the return of Universal Mega Movie Parade, a new Steven Spielberg experience, and more summer 2026 offerings.
Universal Mega Movie Parade
The Universal Mega Movie Parade returns to Universal Studios Florida on May 23. Though Discover Universal Blog says it will be performed on “select dates,” it is currently scheduled to perform every day at 7 p.m. through August 23.
Cinesational: A Symphonic Spectacular
Cinesational: A Symphonic Spectacular returned earlier this month and will continue 9 p.m. performances on most nights through August 23.
Hogwarts Always
Curiously, Discover Universal Blog stated the Hogwarts Always nighttime projection show would be back at Universal Islands of Adventure for select dates from April 14 through August 24.
However, the castle has been under construction since late March with no projection show possible. No Hogwarts Always showtimes are listed on the Universal Orlando website, either.
The incorrect announcement may mean, however, that the Hogwarts refurbishment will be done sooner rather than later, and the projection show could still return this summer.
Spielberg Summer Blockbusters, Disclosure Day, and Jaws
To celebrate the upcoming release of Steven Spielberg’s Disclosure Day, Universal Studios Florida will present Spielberg Summer Blockbusters featuring Disclosure Day. Universal says guests will “Enter Spielberg’s iconic film worlds, then experience Disclosure Day with never-before-seen props and costumes from the new film.” The film will be in theaters on June 12.
Universal also teased the return of the Amity-inspired overlay to the San Francisco area of Universal Studios Florida. Last summer, the land got Jaws-themed food booths, photo ops, and roaming ride skippers. Universal said this summer will feature:
- A new collection of theme-park-exclusive Jaws merch, including apparel and accessories
- Photo ops starring Bruce, the Amity billboard, Chief Brody’s truck, Amity Beach cabanas, and a moment inspired by poor Ben Gardner
- A wave of delicious bites and drinks available only for the summer
- Two new Coca-Cola beverages at Chez Alcatraz, served in souvenir vessels

Volcano Bay Nights
As previously announced, Volcano Bay Nights returns this summer, offering shorter wait times from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m., a live DJ, DreamWorks character meet and greets, and exclusive themed menu items.
Fourth of July
Universal Orlando will once again celebrate Fourth of July with special activities throughout the resort, all included with admission.

Universal is celebrating Passholders with exclusive perks this season, including:
- Up to 30% savings at Universal Orlando hotels
- An exclusive viewing area for Universal Mega Movie Parade
- Passholder exclusive menu items

Summer Music Series
The Summer Music Series will run at the CityWalk Waterfront Stage on Saturdays from June 20 through August 15, with performances at 8 p.m., 9 p.m., and 10 p.m. This year’s themes include:

- Broadway Night: June 27
- Legends of Rock Night: July 4
- Boy Band Night: July 11
- Throwback Night: July 18
- Latin Night: July 25
- EDM Night: August 1
- Motown Night: August 8
- Country Night: August 15
Soccer Celebration
A soccer celebration kicks off at Universal CityWalk from June 11 to July 19, 2026. Visit the Coca‑Cola beverage truck to score a collectible soccer-themed Freestyle cup and try specialty drinks. Jump into immersive AR moments, snap and play, then watch the games at NBC Sports Grill & Brew.
