We have our first look inside the reimagined G-Force Records. Disney revealed the first-ever Scooter Audio-Animatronic, as well as animatronic penguins in the pre-show of Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring The Muppets.

Guests will enter the recording studio on their VIP tour of G-Force Records where they’ll see The Electric Mayhem cranking out “Can You Picture That?” They’ll also encounter Scooter, the studio’s new manager.

The Audio-Animatronic Scooter was created using motion-capture technology of the real Scooter Muppet. By recording and tracking Scooter’s performance, Walt Disney Imagineering was able to build and program a figure that looks, moves, and emotes exactly like Scooter should.

Don’t forget the penguins. They’ll be on the ones and twos at the sound board. Guests will also see Miss Piggy and Kermit on screens.

Disney also shared some pretty new photos of the attraction’s revamped exterior. The guitar is repainted and a Muppets poster now hangs on the building. In the exterior queue are posters for each member of The Electric Mayhem. Rock Around The Shop now features a Dr. Teeth-inspired painted sign. And the upside-down car got a groovy makeover with a “MUPP3TS” license plate.

Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring The Muppets opens at Disney’s Hollywood Studios on May 26.
