It’s official, Pixar has announced that Toy Story 5 is the #1 movie in the world for a second week in a row.
Second Week Run

According to Boxoffice Pro, Toy Story 5‘s three-day domestic total for this weekend, June 26-28, was $70 million. That brings its box office total to just shy of $300 million domestic and $585 million global.
International box offices this weekend brought $89.1 million to Toy Story 5, per Boxoffice Pro.
That box office success buoyed Toy Story in the domestic box office to maintain that #1 spot. The 2nd place contender, Supergirl, only brought in $38 million domestic and $68 million global for its opening weekend. Obsession, now in week 7 of its theatrical run, was third with $9.8 million domestic but a global total for the whole run at $233.9 million.

Woody, Buzz Lightyear, Jessie and the rest of the gang’s jobs are challenged when they come face-to-face with Lilypad, a brand-new tablet device that arrives with her own disruptive ideas about what is best for their kid, Bonnie. Will playtime ever be the same?
