In an exclusive interview with People, Yvette Nicole Brown said that working with The Muppets on Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring The Muppets was a “dream.”

“I am the hugest Muppet fan on the planet,” she told the outlet. “My dream since I was a kid was to be on The Muppet Show. To be asked to be a part of the queue at the Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring The Muppets at Disney World — I don’t even know where I pinched myself for that.”

Brown, who is one of the celebrity cameos in the pre-show video for the revamped Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, told People that she got the call in January for the opportunity. She said she “kept it a secret” for a few months. She appears as herself alongside fellow superfans Darren Criss and John Stamos. In other work with The Muppets, Brown also had the role of Hearse Driver in Muppets Haunted Mansion in 2021.

She went on to explain to the outlet that the puppeteers behind The Muppets are “some of the most talented people you will ever encounter.” Brown went on: “They are so unsung. You never see them. You only see the beautiful Muppets. I love getting to spend time with the puppeteers. That is a good time…”

Yvette Nicole Brown is an Actress and comedian best known for her starring role as Shirley Bennett on the NBC sitcom Community and has also taken part in major movies like Avengers: Endgame, Disenchanted, Inside Out, and Zootopia 2.
