The new dining venue is inspired by the culture, creativity, and culinary spirit of 1960s London. It draws from the Carnaby Street era, where music, fashion, and food collided in full color. British culinary tradition is blended with modern technique in a lively, social atmosphere designed to evolve from day to night.

Gordon Ramsay at The Carnaby will feature three distinct dining environments, including energetic social dining spaces, more intimate settings designed for private gatherings and group occasions, and an expansive terrace overlooking Downtown Disney District. Interior details nod to Swinging London with curated artwork, a statement mural, and bold design elements. The experience is further enhanced by a soundtrack of iconic 1960s British hits.

It’s located on the west side of Downtown Disney District, near Disneyland Hotel and attached to the new Earl of Sandwich. It’s designed to accommodate 175 guests.

The menu features hallmark dishes, including Ramsay’s renowned Beef Wellington, Fish & Chips with triple-cooked fries, and Sticky Toffee Pudding, alongside reimagined classics like Bangers & Mash and Cottage Pie. A selection of globally influenced dishes, including Branzino, Chicken Milanese, and a richly layered Chickpea Tikka Masala, broadens the appeal while maintaining a cohesive, approachable identity.

A defining element of the experience is the restaurant’s tableside Prime Rib Cart, where guests can enjoy hand-carved selections served with traditional British accompaniments, including Yorkshire pudding, roasted vegetables, and au jus. This interactive moment anchors the dining room and reinforces the restaurant’s focus on experience-driven dining.

The beverage program leans into the playful, expressive spirit of the era, with cocktails designed to be as visually compelling as they are flavorful. Drinks like the Passionfruit Royale, finished with a delicate fruit sphere, and the Cherry Baby layered with elderflower, citrus, and botanical elements, bring a theatrical edge to the bar. A globally sourced wine list and curated beer selection round out the offering.

During a soft opening period, The Carnaby will serve dinner from 4:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. They plan to expand into breakfast and lunch in the coming months. Reservations are encouraged and can be made via OpenTable but walk-ins are welcome based upon availability.
