Disney Cruise Line’s new Disney Treasure ship will have the world’s first “The Aristocats”-inspired venue — Scat Cat Lounge.

‘The Aristocats’ Scat Cat Lounge

A clear glass cup with gold patterns, accompanied by a piece of Turkish delight on a saucer, sits in the foreground. A decorative, gold-trimmed teapot is blurred in the background, evoking an air of elegance reminiscent of the aristocats.

Scat Cat Lounge “will offer an elegant onboard destination to experience swinging live music, decor nods to the Walt Disney Animation Studios film and a themed craft cocktail menu.”

A woman plays a grand piano in a cozy bar with modern décor. The bar, reminiscent of an Aristocats scene, features several lounge chairs, two bartenders, and a neon sign that reads "Everybody wants to be a cat.

Scat Cat Lounge reinterprets the penthouse performance of “Ev’erybody Wants to be a Cat.” The front door of the lounge has a sculpted handle resembling Scat Cat’s horn. Colorful cat paw prints adorn a baby grand piano. Hanging lanterns illuminate the room. Instead of hidden Mickeys, there will be hidden depictions of Roquefort, Duchess, and the kittens.

A black and white-striped statement wall extends through the center of the venue, framing a neon sign with the lyrics, “Ev’rybody Wants to be A Cat.” The carpet is inspired by the ornate French-style rugs in Madame Adelaide Bonfamille’s Parisian home. A poster features a collage of instrument-playing cats, each inspired by the beloved pet of someone from the Scat Cat Lounge project team.

Scat Cat Lounge is a direct extension of the Grand Hall so will also take design cues from the Hall’s Agrabah-inspired architecture with a complementary color palette and curated décor. A parade of silhouetted cats representing characters from the film will lead the way into the venue.

Three round bowls filled with a creamy white dessert, each topped with a semicircular area of powdered cocoa on a dark background.

The menu includes:

  • “Served to sip from a French-style ceramic bowl, the Créme de la Créme Martini will fuse cognac and chocolate into a rich, creamy dessert cocktail that will be reminiscent of “The Aristocats” kittens, Marie, Toulouse and Berlioz’s favorite evening treat.”
  • The Cat Drink will combine clarified bourbon, amaro, Aperol and fresh lemon into a near translucent cocktail that shows off hand-crafted drinkware that will be embossed with the image of a cat.”
  • “Ideal for two or more guests, The Turkish Tea Experience will honor the Agrabah-inspired architecture of the Grand Hall. The tea-based cocktail will be presented in a bejeweled tea pot and gold-detailed teacups.”
