You’ll be seeing green with this new St. Patrick’s Day treat at Disney’s Animal Kingdom. The minty cupcake is now available at both Flame Tree Barbecue and Starbucks.

St. Patrick’s Day Cupcake – $5.99

Chocolate with mint ganache filling, vanilla frosting, and a chocolate shamrock

This is basically a regular chocolate cupcake but with mint filling.

The shamrock decoration is chocolate but not sweet. We loved the crunchy pearls.

The mint filling is refreshing and a nice break from the sweet vanilla frosting and cupcake.

If you’re a fan of mint, this might be the perfect cupcake for you. If not, we wouldn’t recommend it.
