Dreaming Up!, the daytime parade at Tokyo Disneyland, has finally returned to the streets of the park every afternoon! Although a few changes have been made to accommodate social distancing and other safety measures in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the parade is still the same one we all know and love! Japan has a 3% vaccination rate and they get a parade. This is a clear demonstration that there is absolutely no reason Disney World can’t do a parade regularly or for the $$Boo$$ Bash.
