Brazil – EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival

People wait in line at an outdoor Food & Wine stand labeled "Brazil," surrounded by trees and colorful tiles.

Brazil has appeared at the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival since the beginning of the event in 1996. “Savor blissful Brazilian bites and beverages—including the Pão de Queijo.” This year’s 2025 EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival takes place August 28 – November 22, 2025.

Despite this dish being offered for a few years in a row, it seems they still have some tweaking to do if it’s going to stay on the menu. We found the pork belly really difficult to cut, and it didn’t appear to be cooked very well. The real standout part of this dish was the supporting flavors that came from the rice and beans. Pass on this for now.

Pão de Queijo: Brazilian Cheese Bread – $5.00

Pão de Queijo: Brazilian Cheese Bread – $5.00

It’s incredibly difficult to recommend these at the price for a piece of cheese bread, even if they are pretty spectacular. You can find a bag of Brazi-Bites in your local grocer for a fraction of the cost if you want to indulge in cheese paradise.

A decent portion for the price that tastes like an alcoholic lemonade with just a bit more tartness than expected. It’s Brazil’s national drink, so they must be doing something right because it’s rather refreshing and enjoyable.
