The croqueta was very good, with a crispy exterior and doughy interior. The cream on the top was a nice touch. The pan con tomate was also pretty good for a food booth item. The tortilla Española was our least favorite of the trio. It was basically a soft tortilla with a Thousand Island-like dressing on the top.

This paella was not great. The rice was undercooked and the seafood provided a very fishy taste. Although the presentation was beautiful, the dish is not something we would get again.

*NEW* Basque Cheesecake with Orange Sauce – $5.25

The was really good. It was a very light cheesecake, and the orange sauce did not overpower the cake, itself. While it is a large slice, one person could likely eat this due to the lightness of the cheesecake. We would 100% get this again.

Quinta del ’67 Garnacha Tintorera, Alicante, Spain ($15/bottle) – $7.50

Bodegas Volver describes this wine as “deep red. Complex in nose with aromas of ripe dark berries, spicy, and some balsamic aromas. On the palate with a lot of structure, silky tannin and again lots of fruit, chocolate, licorice. Long and persistent finish. Very powerful and with a long life ahead.”

*NEW* Summer in Spain: Frozen Simply Lemonade with Yellow Chartreuse Liqueur ($71/bottle) and Green Chartreuse Liqueur ($64/bottle) – $12.50

This was served very cold and icy, but was definitely not a slush. It has a sharp, bitter flavor, and the liqueur does not cut through the tartness of the lemonade.
